This workshop provides 3 days of training for professionals interested in how to facilitate a group conference, applying the foundational theory and skills described in the book Setting Relations Right in Restorative Practice.

The workshop is relevant for facilitators, and for program managers, policy-makers and evaluators involved with programs that using restorative practice in justice, health and education systems, and in programs that work restoratively with families, work units, residential- &/or other communities.

This is the first MELBOURNE Setting Relations Right WORKSHOP scheduled for 2026.

Kristy Elliott (B.Ed, MAPP) combines professional development in the use of restorative approaches in schools and positive psychology to enhance the wellbeing of educators, situated in a group coaching model.

Schools embracing the philosophy of Restorative Practice prioritise building and maintaining positive relationships, creating supportive learning environments, and establishing fair, democratic systems across their community.
